Welcome Call: Every new client implementation starts with an Initial Welcome Call to introduce our implementation manager as your company's designated point of contact.

Step By Step: Our implementation manager will supervise the entire implementation process step-by-step, from installation to training. Your implementation starts with an implementation and planning meeting so that we achieve an understanding of your overall goals and business practices. Our implantation managers detail your business requirements and everyday workflow using our "implementation workbook". The information obtained from the implementation meeting will allow our trainers and technical experts to match ePOSTouch's functionality to your business - as well as help you prepare your staff in order to best use the time spent getting up and running.
