ePOSTouch architects and implement from open source, primarily using PhP technologies, and has been doing so since 2009.  One of the primary reasons for the rapid market acceptance of ePOSTouch is due to the 'customer centric' design approach of all software development.

ePOSTouch was originally designed in conjunction with a real business, not in a software laboratory. It began when an Point Of Sale for Nail & Salon SPA and finally our POS integrated with Web site and mobile application to leverage the Internet and streamline their business operations with a practical software solution.

It had to allow customers to transact using their preferred method, whether over the web, over the phone, or over the counter (in-store).  This concept is now being rapidly adopted around the world, known as multi-channel store.  Above all, it had to allow the owner 24/7 access to view and manage the business operations from anywhere.

The result, many years in the making, is an easy to use salon and retail solution that conducts all the sophisticated tasks of store operations in a very practical manner. ePOSTouch was commercialised and has since helped hundreds of stores to grow their businesses.
